The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing housing, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing housing. In the motor, the spiral is driven by the V-belt pulley to work.

Working principle: The main component of this equipment is a crushing device installed on the feed hopper. There are four sets of flying knives and a set of bottom knives on the rotor. The flying knives rotate around their own axis in the fixed bottom knife gap, so that fruits and vegetables can be obtained. The granularity is 2-5 mm and it is crushed directly into the spiral juice extraction system to improve the juice extraction effect. The main component of screw squeezing is the screw. The bottom diameter of the screw is gradually increased along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch of the screw is gradually reduced. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity is reduced, forming a squeeze of the material.

The rotation direction of the screw spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feed hopper to the slag trough. The raw materials are added to the hopper and pressed by the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juicer at the bottom through the filter, while the waste is discharged through the air formed between the screw and the pressure-regulated cone. The movement of the head along the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. When turning the handwheel bearing seat from the slag tapping groove of the equipment to the hopper end, the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, and the gap is reduced, otherwise the gap becomes larger. By changing the size of the gap, the resistance of slagging can be adjusted to change the slagging. However, if the gap is too small, under strong extrusion, part of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter together with the juice. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice decreases. The size of the gap should be determined by the user’s specific process requirements set.
